Trauma - Informed Art & Storytelling Workshops

I provide workshops in the art of storytelling through various artistic mediums including painting, poetry/spoken word, theatre/movement, and more.

Like any story, my own art involves a transformative process of layering – a layering of mediums, colors, patterns, textures, narratives, and experiences- and an illuminating process of uncovering - an uncovering of emotions, meanings, and worlds.

All workshops are trauma-informed to work with survivors of war, violence, and other forms of persecution. While workshops may be therapeutic, they are not synonymous nor a substitute for therapy.
